When you sign up for the first time, you will receive a welcome email from us.
Click the 'Place an Order' button in that email.
That button will take you to the Order Services page where you can upload your document for any of our services you want.
STEP 1
Sign in, using your email and password.
STEP 2
Click on Order Services from the menu.
STEP 3
When the page loads, click on the green button 'Upload file' and you can upload your book or any other document, right from your phone or any device.
STEP 4
On the next part of the form titled 'Select source and target language(s)' choose 'English' as the Source Language and Igbo as the Target Language. NOTE: Your document will remain in English, don't worry about the Target Language.
Scroll to the 'Choose service' and select which service you want between Copy Editing and Proofreading.
Next, scroll to 'Choose a specialization for higher level of demand' and choose a specialization that is closest to your subject matter.
STEP 5
Below, in the 'Order Summary' you will get your estimation for the total number of words in your uploaded document.
STEP 6
Click 'Order' .
A pop-up will show, asking for your name and email. Put in your name and your email. Click 'Submit', and your order has been placed. We would send your payment details after we receive your order.
Please note that the email you provide will be used to communicate with you, and should therefore be active.

We do not translate your document. Choosing Igbo or any other language as your target language on our word counter tool is simply a part of the upload process. So, choose English as your source language, and Igbo as your target language. Your text will remain in English.
Please note that you have to choose Igbo as your target language, in order for the word counter to count the words in your uploaded document.
For CV writing, please upload your latest CV in the part of the form that says upload document.
Don’t worry about formatting your document, we will take care of all that. We just need the information to create a remarkable CV for you.

For cover Letter writing, upload your current CV in the upload document section.
Next, type the link to the advert for the particular job you are applying for in the details of job advert section. This will help us tailor the cover letter to suit the job description better.
If you do not have the URL to the job advert, go to the details of job advert section and type in the details of the job you are applying for. Such details include the name and address of the company that you are applying to, the job position you are applying for, and the name/designation of the receiver of the cover letter.
Kindly note that you are to indicate ONLY ONE COMPANY. If you want us to create cover letters for several companies, repeat the process above and indicate the name of the next company, make a payment for us to write to that company, and repeat the process for each company.
